D&I

We imagine a world in which all people feel connected wherever they are.

In the summer of 2020 Bobby was tasked with leading discussions around diversity and inclusion with the teams he leads. As a leadership coach for some of the most elite athletic programs in the country, Bobby was looked at for answers. Seeking these answers, Bobby turned to his mentor Harry Swayne with questions. These conversations between Bobby and Harry started off as cups of coffee, turned into a podcast episode and eventually evolved into a transformational program about leadership and team culture. In this program Harry and Bobby team up to engage your team in deep conversation, reflection and learning about race, diversity and ensuring all are included. Our guiding principle is, we imagine in a world in which people feel connected wherever they are. In this program we dive deep into the conversations that must be had to ensure this is true with your team.

"My players came to me and requested that we prioritize learning about and having conversations about race, diversity and inclusion on our team. We are a TEAM of values, of culture and of purpose. As my trusted leadership advisor, my first call was to Bobby Audley. I cannot thank Bobby and Harry enough for the time, intentionality and energy they poured into my players. The program was engaging, interactive, reflective, thought provoking, challenging and rewarding. My players are better for it, my program is better for it and I would encourage any leader or coach to bring these two leaders in for your growth and development."
